Delivery: To the street address specified below by lessee. Lessee grants Lessor right to enter the property at the said street address (Delivery Address) for the delivery and subsequent pick up of the Marshland Jumps unit during the term of this agreement.
Transportation Expense: Except as provided herein, all charges in delivering and subsequent pick up of the Marshland Jumps unit with respect to the delivery address are included in the Rental Fee noted above. Furthermore, rental units are not to be relocated to a different address under any circumstances.
CANCELATION NOTICE:
1. No refunds on cancelations within 24 hr of delivery date.
2. Cancelation prior to 24 hr delivery date will incur a $35 refund fee
3. Full credit will be given toward rescheduling (delivery date) the same inflatable rental within 2 months.
GENERAL RULES TO FOLLOW DURING USE OF MARSHLAND JUMPS JUMP UNIT
a. Only compatible age groups and size shall play on the Marshland Jumps unit at the same time. The maximum number of riders of each group that should play in the Marshland Jumps unit at one time are: Please see attached instructions listed on each inflatable.
b. All riders MUST REMOVE SHOES before playing in the Marshland Jumps unit.
c. To avoid neck and back injuries, FLIPS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
d. CHILDREN’S SAFETY DEPENDS UPON YOU, YOUR PERSONAL SUPERVISION IS ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED AS THE LESSEE OF THE MARSHLAND JUMPS UNIT, THE SAFETY OF ALL RIDERS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
e. Absolutely NO BABY OIL, SOAP, “SILLY STRING,” GUM, CANDY, FOOD, OR OTHER STICKY SUBSTANCES, INCLUDING PAINT OR OTHER LIKE SUBSTANCES are allowed in the Marshland Jumps unit. If upon pick up, such cleaning is required then $150.00 cleaning fee shall be automatically imposed. Lessee agrees that Lessor may charge credit card used for booking to cover any unnecessary cleaning or repair should it a rise.
f. DO NOT MOVE the Marshland Jumps unit near any swimming pools or other bodies of water.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: The Marshland Jumps unit’s equipment is reliable. Should the Marshland Jumps unit begin to deflate:
1. The motor may have stopped, in which case, check the electrical connection at the outlet near the motor, and remember to only keep the extension cord on the outlet supplying power to the unit.
2. If the motor is continuing to run, check the air intake on the side of the motor for blockage, and check all tubes at the back of the Marshland Jumps unit for snugness, re-tie if necessary.
3. If you cannot correct the problem, call 337-912-9699.
SAFE OPERATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: Lessee agrees to observe all safety precautions. Lessee also represents and warrants the safe return of the unit and hereby agrees to pay five thousand dollars ($5,000) if it is not returned.
MAINTENANCE: Lessee agrees to keep the Marshland Jumps unit in the same condition as when received, ordinary wear excepted.
ALTERATIONS AND ATTACHMENTS: No alteration or attachments to the Marshland Jumps unit will be made without prior written approval of lessor.
WARRANTY: LESSOR warrants that the Marshland Jumps unit least under this rental agreement will be in good working order on the effective date of the rental agreement. The Marshland Jumps unit is supplied and maintained subject to this warranty. Lessor’s obligation under this Rental Agreement is limited to repair or replacement of Marshland Jumps unit when Lessor determines that it does not conform to the warranty. This warranty is in lieu of any and all other warranties expressed or implied, and any and all obligations and of all liabilities on the part of the Lessor for damage, including, but not limited to, consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Marshland Jumps unit.
TITLE TO MARSHLAND JUMPS: Lessee agrees to keep the Marshland Jumps unit in his/her custody and not to sublease, rent, sell, remove from the delivery address, or otherwise transfer such marshland Jumps unit. The Marshland Jumps unit will remain in the custody of the Lessee and may be removed by Lessor at any time after termination of this Rental Agreement.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: The Lessee shall be in charge of the Marshland Jumps unit’s operation and is fully responsible for its operation as well as return of the Marshland Jumps in good working order. Lessor, its officers, employees, and agents is/are not responsible for injury occurring to the Lessee or to any other person using the Marshland Jumps unit and the Lessee further agrees to hold the Lessor and its officers, employees and agents free and harmless against any injury or claims. The Lessee shall indemnify the Lessor, its officers, employees and agents from/against any cost incurred due to claims from anyone and for attorney’s fees and related costs involving the use and return of the Marshland Jumps unit, should legal action become necessary.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT: The Rental Agreement constitutes the full agreement between Lessor and Lessee. Time is of the essence in this Rental Agreement. The receipt of the Marshland Jumps unit that is the subject of this Rental Agreement is in good working order and repair and this is so acknowledged by Lessee.
HIGH WIND/RAIN POLICY: During periods of severe weather conditions (I.E. rain, high winds exceeding 15 mph, etc.) we reserve the right to cancel this rental agreement. If you decide to keep the unit for the term of this Rental Agreement, there will be no refunds. IF THESE CONDITIONS OCCUR AFTER UNIT IS SET UP, LESSEE TAKES FULL RESPONSIBILITY TO DEFLATE UNIT AND PROTECT BLOWER MOTOR FROM WEATHER CONDITION AS STATED ABOVE.
REFUNDS- Any and all refunds will be processed and mailed out within 30 Days of Scheduled event. Refunds will be mailed to the address on file.
