Where can the inflatables be set up?

The inflatable unit can be setup on any level area whether it’s grass, cement, or asphalt. The area should be clear of all obstacles including sticks, stones, sharp objects, sprinklers, etc.. We place a tarp under each water unit for added protection. The unit is also staked or sand bagged down.

How much room do I need?
All products descriptions give the area needed for setup for that specific unit. Here is an example: a bouncer needs an area that is 20×20 feet. No overhead power lines or trees should be present because they interfere with the unit. They should be located away from pools or waterfronts. Each site will be fully inspected before delivery is completed. If unsure of your location, please call to setup an appointment for a free inspection.
Can I pick the unit up?
No, Marshland Jumps, LLC does not allow customer pickups due to insurance reasons, for the safety of all users of the inflatable’s they must be delivered by a Marshland Jumps, LLC representative.
What kind of power do we need?
The unit requires a 110v outlet, (some require 2 110v outlet) preferably separate from other items requiring electricity. The outlet must be located within 100 feet of the unit, and can not be powered by more than 1 100 foot extension cord due to fire marshall regulations.
Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery charges depend on location being delivered and range from $20-$40 depending on the distance from Marshland Jumps, LLC.
Where do you deliver?
We service Lake Charles, Grand Lake, Big Lake, Bell City, hayes,Holmwood, Iowa, Lebleu Settlement, Indian Village, Kinder, Laccasine, Woodlawn, Westlake, Welsh, Roanoke, Jennings, Sulphur, Carlyss, Moss Bluff, Gillis, Westlake. If your area is not listed please call to check with a representative about delivery to your area.
If the weather is too bad, will I be refunded?
If it’s raining we can setup an inflatable outdoors however if possible it is not recommended. If it’s too windy we can not setup an inflatable outdoors. In this case we will refund any and all deposit money if the customer calls to cancel before we arrive to deliver. If weather conditions change after delivery and setup, there are no refund. We do reserve the right to cancel any unit if weather conditions are unsafe.
How do I reserve equipment?
Simply by calling 337-912-9699 and speaking to a Marshland Jumps, LLC representative. A $50 deposit is required and we will need your name, 2 daytime telephone numbers you can be reached at on the day of delivery, and a delivery address.
How far in advance should I reserve a unit?
We are always taking reservations for equipment. The sooner you call the better. Most equipment during the summer seasons gets booked about 2-3 weeks in advance, if not more.
When is payment due?
Payment in full is due upon delivery. A charge of $50 will be assessed for returned checks. There will be a $50 deposit required on all bookings, to hold the unit and is refundable, or can be applied to another rental on a different unit or different day if the change is made at least 24 hours in advance of the booking.
Are inflatables safe?
Yes! Our units are constructed of industry standard vinyls, are fire retardant, and include an inflated safety ramp/step. There should be no problems as long as you adhere to the safety and operating instructions.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes, Marshland Jumps, LLC is a fully insured Louisiana LLC. A copy of the policy will be provided upon request before time of delivery. Municipalities, schools, churches, etc. may contact us in advance for arrangements. For events on public property such as parks, etc., additional insurance may be required and will add $10 to the total rental cost.
What are my responsibilities?
You must adhere to the safety and operating guidelines. A responsible adult must be present at all times the unit is in use. This person must know the safety and operating procedures and must enforce them at all times. You are responsible for keeping the unit clean and safe from damage.
Can you provide an attendant?
Yes! For an additional hourly fee ($12-$15 /hour depending on unit) we can provide you with an attendant.
Is there a cleaning charge?
No! As long as it is general cleaning, we will do it. If excessive cleaning is needed, a cleaning charge of $50 to $200 will be required.
Who deflates the units when we are done?
A Marshland Jumps, LLC staff member will handle inflation and deflation of the unit. Please leave the inflatable inflated until a Marshland Jumps, LLC staff member returns and please let a certified Marshland Jumps, LLC staff member deflate the inflatable. If you feel you need to deflate the unit please contact Marshland Jumps, LLC at 337-912-9699.
Who picks up the equipment when we are done?
Marshland Jumps, LLC staff will take down and pick up the equipment after your event.
